Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 day business days  to let you know your order is on the way!

Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using standard US mail, delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies to orders shipping to USA. We do not ship outside of USA and Canada at this
time.

Domestic Shipping Rates And Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.99 USD flat rate shipping to USA customers.
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $50).

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to Canada . At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Canada and the USA.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery to Canada can take between 8 to 20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dunn's Kitchen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
